I think someone posted the exact same thing when AOL asked for en banc and appealed to the SCOTUS in Addington I!
Looks like any appeal has a very slim chance and I'm counting on living with whatever injunction Judge Silver comes up with. But, I've been surprised with something in every single court case in this soap opera.
I hope we have 3 wise arbitrators in this SLI, they are going to need every ounce of it.
