You think Parker and Glass have lost their edge or become Kris Kringle? They gave us 20 to 1 on their first offer but refused "calendar day" (that was less than 4% of their stock buy back this year) and refused the word "reasonable" (that would cost them nothing)..?

If there really is no difference between what you have now and an ADG, why did the company say no to the ADG then?
