Answer. USAir. USAir. Yes.
Did they pay the same union dues, did the paycheck come from the same company cost center, could they hold office in the union as a line pilot holding a position on the seniority list, same uniforms, same company manuals?

Yes.

Thank you for perfectly describing the furloughed US Airways pilots at mid Atlantic and the Nic award.

And you West pilots SUED to have all this (and much more) used against you in the upcoming SLI since USAPA is longer required to argue for you.

Nice try. If a guy got furloughed from AA after 2001, he could go to AEA as a function of the flow through agreement. Sound like Mid Atlantic? Yep. Thank you and goodnight.

Its not a flow if its the same operating certificate, how do you flow to the same company

I know you know this, which make you much worse than someone uninformed, you purposefully try and harm fellow pilots with the hope that you will advance because of it.
You are the lowest of the low.

Your statement is rather strange since that is the basis of every seniority integration.

Furloughed America West pilots flowed to US Airways using cut n paste language.

You got your seat at the merger table but crazy Uncle Franke is about to be let out of your attic.
