Concessions! Keep yelling it so it must be true. Vote no! Stick it to 'em! We'll really get them in 2019!
A couple concessionary items are the current law of the land on the LUS side. 90 min call out. Min days off still 11/12. Current mix of domestic and intl. Once we have those rules active, then it will be a concession. Until then, it's just some writing that Parker is ignoring.

Not really sure about you but healthcare is huge for me and I now pay $150/pay ck more for the same 80/20 type of plan as I had last year. Thats $300 a month if you were counting which all but wipes out the new rate. Now they want a tax on top of that too. Now in my world that is a concession and an enormous one at that...

Nationwide, health insurance is changing drastically. $300 seems excessive though. You are likely to pay more for less no matter where you work. Sad, but true

You've talked about this subject before. I'm paying about the same next year for a 80/20 plan as I paid for my 90/10 plan this year. Not happy about the situation. I believe your numbers, you made the selections after all, but have no idea where they are coming from.

This company made billions in profits thus far and quite frankly I am past the whole "we'll get'em next time" mantra. All I have to sell is my time and skill and I refuse to give it away or sell it short because I am afraid of arbitration. I KNOW who pushes up the throttles, do you?

How self centered and short sighted can you be. You clearly can't wait to vote yes.
Keep looking out for number one. Your brothers and sisters appreciate the unity.
Arbitration loses nothing as far as work rules go (not to mention contract duration). You're from Texas???
