AW&ST has talked about CHS having some quality control issues. SEA has been building the 787 longer so there's a difference in the on site learning curve. But that's a production issue and there's been no comment about a difference to the customer once the a/c are in service.

I did, and that's what I was basing the statement on.
Indirectly yes, but it would seem there are no quality control issues at Everett.
The labor there has tremendous experience building aircraft.
