An argument about something undisputed is frivolous. The West never understood the legal frivolity of arguing based upon an "implicit assumption." Now I wouldn't doubt their lawyers will take advantage of the West's ignorance of "status quo".

So the other side of the coin is, will the arbitrators punish 1700 pilots careers to benefit a group that held itself hostage?

After reading his last post, I know all I need or want to know about alfaromeo. But, if your insinuation is that he will be a supporting player on the West NC (should they even be activated), it makes all the more sense about his near rabid rebuttal to my opinions. My only advice to him is to hopefully do a bit better at reading and understanding others and a little less emotion and attack.
He (or anyone else) certainly doesn't have to agree with me, but he didn't convince me of anything other then the West is committed to quashing any opposing argument of the Nic (let's face it.........it's really all on the line now and it's now or never). I doubt his threats against "deep pockets" AAG and the APA will gain any more traction with them then they did with me. I'm sure those entities are lawyered up to the max with a high priority of successfully defending themselves against the West or Leo should the Nic die on the vine.

I can tell you for a fact that when Alfaromeo speaks, the arbitrators listen VERY intently!
And, they take his advice to heart!
I don't know what the arbs' will decide, but Aromeo could very well influence their decision, if he were to be asked to "join in".
He tends to get a little "grumpy" when you "poke" him though!

Not to be snarky, but do you remember the old "When E.F. Hutton speaks......" ads, where everybody stops to listen?

In addition to that, all I read from E.F. was a rehash of what Leo has been arguing as their position all along and so far it seems E.F. Hutton hasn't been very effective if he's been invited to give holy advice to anyone.

I'm sure he needn't dirty his righteous hands on the keyboard, as the words simply appear on the screen with the power of his mind.
See now, that's snark. Sorry, I couldn't resist after the overwrought EF reference. A hidden clue perhaps?? Ah ha!! Eric Ferguson Hutton!!

Well, if "E.F. Hutton" joins in the arbitration, the arbitrators consider his "advice" to be their decision and the Nic results, so be it. Personally, what credibility am I supposed to give someone who starts off admonishing me about avoiding "personal tangents", then goes on that tangent himself, then subsequently tells me to stop giving legal advice when I have not only not given legal advice. I've given no "advice" at all ?
In addition to that, all I read from E.F. was a rehash of what Leo has been arguing as their position all along and so far it seems E.F. Hutton hasn't been very effective if he's been invited to give holy advice to anyone.
