It's not hard, try again.

Another question. If there was no problem with the Nic, why all the changes to ALPA merger policy? Why has a 3 member panel become the standard if one respected arbitrator was fine?

Events have shown your flawed logic, I'm just presenting them.

We never merged seniority lists, and that's a fact. We had a blueprint , but it has never been used. A new contract made it a nullity and a federal judge ruled that was okay. With all that, I cannot see an arbitration panel using the Nic. But, I don't know and admit I might be wrong. We'll see.

Again, if we get a seat at the table I will sleep very, very well regarding my nic position within the usair

ways pilot list that gets integrated into the apa list.
How about Bloch? Is he respected? He came to completely different conclusion about the state of the companies, the state that Nic used as an excuse for his disaster.

Glad you're sleeping well, me too. Nic or not, really does matter to me. Just can't stand all the lies and revisionist history, particularly the complete omission of the TA and it's restrictions.

See ya, football is getting good.

The lists were merged and accepted in writing by Doug Parker just not yet implemented as a matter of fact, the company has never tossed the Nic, it remains the only accepted list. Can the west, if given a seat, argue that the Nicolau is our combined list? That tells you wether or not it's dead. The Nicolau is alive and well and it will be given to the arbitration panel. I firmly believe that if the west is given a seat, the seniority order of usairways pilots within the merged aa list will either be straight Nic or very, very close to it.

Bloch got it completely wrong and Nicolau got it completely right! See that is my "opinion" which holds as much water as yours, never mind the difference in jobs between pilots and dispatchers and how we get compensated.

R57, you think there is one arbitrator in this country that is not aware of what the east has done to avoid the Nicolau? I'm not saying they agree or disagree with what the east has done (I've been wrong plenty) but from a "reasonable" standpoint, what do you think the likelihood is that these arbitrators agree with the east tactics? I would think the east will have a very hard time convincing them to ignore a 2005 merger.
