I use the crew outfitters pants, kinda crappy but nothing else matches our blue blazers (I don't do the leather jacket.)
Shirts? There used to be a brand called Apollo Collection that was awesome: thin, wrinkle free. Crew Outfitters has resumed that shirt, but under the crew outfitters name. Just ask the folks there for the old Apollo line. They also come with holes for the wings. Great shirts.

"Haggar Men's Cool 18 Hidden Expandable Waist Plain Front Pant" in Navy are indistinguishable from the official pants. They fit better and are washable.
And the tapered Oxfords at pilotshirts.com are far and away the best shirts I've had for work.

The thin stripes and a pin striped tie looks fantastic.
I'm not a fan of the thick silver gray stripes on navy that AA currently wears. Maybe it's because so many regionals wear the exact same thing.
US Airways and the old UAL are the best uniforms. Hands down.

I couldn't give a rat's a*s what our uniform looks like, as long as it looks professional. With all due respect to our Virgin America colleagues, the first time I saw someone in that uniform walking through the terminal, I thought he was part of the janitor staff.
