Probably, I'm still not clear on the whole eagle flow mess and I'm worried that will be used against us.

Everyone is worried about their position. This is the same situation as NWA/DL/Compass.
Some Eagle guy posted most of the story somewhere. Very convoluted/difficult road. Hope the future will be good for all of us.

The 824 get their number when they get to class. Don't know how the SLI will get worked out. I'd imagine in seniority order date of hire.

All furloughs need to be placed behind all active pilots. If your laid off, then you're not an employee. And all these Eagle flows need to come in as new hires.

Remember when Continental said that to the arbitrator? How'd that work out for them?

The AE pilots on the so-called "824" list are not numbered. They simply are entitled to a percentage slots in AA new hire classes going forward. The old group of "numbered" flows has finished flowing and are on property at AA now.

Roughly 5 or 6 hundred. I think you will find seniority nuances even along the 3rd listers. Some where hired, furloughed, recalled. In past mergers, regardless of "snapshot", arbitrators have looked at folks hired after announcement of intent to merge as having different career expectations than someone hired before the announcement.
