AA to DL
I keep reading all the gripes about how bad AA is on this thread and how pilots should go other places. Well I'm one who left UA for AA and still feel confident in my choice and not knocking UA because they were great I just left for Domicile and retirements.
I will not share his name but a fellow guard pilot I know who was a 2013 hire left AA for DL in 2016 because he wanted to live and be based in MSP for QOL. In his words he says he does like DL but thinks he probably made a mistake leaving due to his time upgrading at DL vs AA. He said looking at the retirements from the inside he says AA has more and by a pretty good number. He will still have a great career but his point was be happy at AA because with time the contract and management will change for the better and our retirements will shoot us up in seniority much faster at AA vs any of the other airlines.
Just food for thought. All legacy airlines are good right now I believe.

It's a real world Monte Carlo simulation.
Monte Carlo Simulation: What Is It and How Does It Work? - Palisade
If you are smart, you position yourself for the best options and choose according to the best predicted outcome...knowing all along that:
A. It's not fair.
B. Predictability is not guaranteed.
C. You'll see your results on your 65th birthday.
D. Some jerk always gets a better deal.
Good luck and Godspeed!

Of course he would have gotten more senior at AA quicker. If he was hired at AA in 2013 and left for DL in 2016 that's probably a 4000 # swing. Assume 1500 junior to him at AA then 2500# hired at DL since they started hiring again in 2014. He will still have a better career more than likely.
