Let's see, I'm certainly not an apologist. Pretty sure I can see facts. Got over myself a loooong time ago.

So you weren't mocking me....right? Well, maybe. I've got my big boy pants on today, I can take it.

Here's a fact for ya, line pilots have to provide the leverage to fix this (like we did in Sept. 2012). I happen to be senior, but I am not your enemy. I wish more sub 1,000 seniority guys would help.

As of last week there were 5 737/Ds to LAX and 7 320/I. I'm not sure if that is what was in the final board.

What are you and the other sub 1000 willing to give to fix duty rigs, positive space deadhead, actual major airline reserve rules, etc. and a whole host of things that don't affect you? My guess is very little. There's a reason why everyone hates the APA and the senior LAA. There's a very long history of only looking out for themselves and pretty much screwing every subset of pilots that's now make up this airline. If you've been doing union work with APA for over 30 years then I'm not telling you anything that you don't already know. In order to get you have to give and I don't see many of the $350k+ a year earners who work half the month or less doing a whole lot to upset the apple cart

The third listers got relative seniority with active AA pilots so we got what we/I expected.

Not sure what that has to do with anything, unless you want to add a SLI battle to the convo lol.

When your airline is making humongous profits, you GET things. Tit-for-Tat negotiating is just soooo 2003. FWIW, Group 4 peaks out at $420k.

I believe this deserves it's own thread, doesn't really belong here. Unless of course, your intent is to scare people off.

You've been here 30+ years and you think the company is just going to give us things because we're making money? lol ok. That's not how negotiations work.

How are guys making 420k on $301/hour? How is that possible? Once premium pay goes bye bye with PBS that will be over.
