It makes sense that they are interviewing OTS guys now, in anticipation of putting them in class next year. Hopefully things accelerate and guys get in sooner.

Hey guys! Got the video interview email yesterday. Any suggestions on how to go about it. How to dress? What kind of questions they ask? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Take Care!

Treat it as the real interview. Wear a suit and conduct the video interview in your home office or somewhere respectable. No dogs barking in the background, no phones ringing, etc.

We actually have a complete mock up of the video interview we send our clients to practice, complete with the questions and it's timed. You can practice all you want before taking the real thing and it's been a big help to our clients. All the questions you practice on our mock video are identical to the ones you'll face.

Thanks for the input I really appreciate it. Unfortunately I literally have no time to do the prep I would like to do since this came unexpectedly. I need to get this done by tomorrow to comply with the deadline since I'm going to be on the road with no access to an office to do the interview. If I can get thru the video I will definitely seek you guys out for a more in depth prep for the 2 day interview.
