I was a street hire in the Jan 5 class. We recently got an email from AA recruiting. They said the remaining classes for 2016 will be flow throughs and returning furloughees, no more street hires. They said off the street hiring will resume after the new year.

I'm hearing that PSA (and maybe even Piedmont) are flowing guys with significantly less longevity (2007-2008 DOH). Unverified, though.

pdt is also in 2000, but i've heard that psa is significantly more recent hires...

I too was a 5 Jan hire and received the same email saying no new OTS hires for 2016 but I have friends doing online interviews. I think a whole lot of furloughed pilots opted not to return. Good for all of us!
