Def can't hurt.... The length of time you have had the app in-as well as how often it is updated are factors.
Throw apps in everywhere. Hopefully a lot of hiring will take place.
Perhaps you can get an interview while you are working on a degree-maybe they would be cool with that.
Sure can't hurt.

As in all places getting a loan. But as always its better to stay off debt. I wast just thinking I could give my app a try and maybe when earning in dollars continue to finish my degree.
At the same time I don't know if this would be wasting an opportunity to get called and then it might be harder to get a second chance.

Yes your app will get scored and maybe you don't get the interview the first look but I believe they reevaluate them annually. I know for sure Delta does. Best case is you do get the interview and don't have to waste precious family time and $ getting your BA. Never know.
Good luck and if you have done any community service be sure to add that.
Cheers

Im in the same boat. Working on the BA. Crazy thing is I interviewed back in 1998 with American and got the call to go to Eagle instead, wanted me to get some 121 time. Back then I didn't even have an AS degree. I agree with everyone....Get the degree quickly, that seems to be whats holding up progress. Ill admit I have applied everywhere but AA is where I would like to be. I grew up with AA, both my dad and father in law worked for AA and Dallas base is where I want to relocate to. Good luck

No, nothing certain - sorry. My guess is they're about 1/2 way through the 800ish phone calls. Thus far only a handful have returned. As others have stated, I would expect the acceptance rate to increase (slightly) as they get to the more "senior" people on the list.
With class sizes of 16 here, 18 there, I bet the recall list will keep them busy for the remainder of 2016. In the mean time UAL, DAL, FDX all cranking 50-100 per month through the new hire mill.
