No new hires on the MIA 767 in months and months.

Junior guy is 500+ senior to the junior new hires.

Last guy who was awarded MIA 767I FO is about 950-1000 senior to the junior guy.

Net? I wouldn't expect to get it. Fleet reduction is in full force. CA's getting displaced. I'm guessing FO's bidding off negated FO displacements up to now.

Should say 950-1000 numbers senior to the latest new hires.

No more OTS hires until this fall, at minimum.

Only Flows and Recalls.

^^^ The official word was 'based on anticipated number of returnees'. If less come back OTS hiring could happen sooner. If more come back OTS hiring will be pushed back even farther.

It depends upon the number of returnees which is unknown. The company is anticipating (guessing) in the 15-20% range.

The first acceptance rate, for a very small pool, was about 20%. No one knows if a sample size of 1.5% represents a good estimate of the future. We'll know in a month.

I'm very close to flow (either next class or the one after) depending on class sizes. I'm hoping the 10/ class is only for May and sizes return to previous shortly.

Ten might be a one off. Or inaccurate?
TOGAANG posted the most recent class size was 49(46?).

Are they going to call all the furloughs in the time span of a few days (around the deadline) to get an answer from them? Or another method? It seems they would like to know who is coming back or not, as soon as possible for planning.
