Were Mohawk and Lake Central employees hired or acquired by Allegheny ?

If they want to hire predominantly flow's that is their choice but hiring us from Oct and Jan and letting 30-50 OTS guys sit in a pool with zero updates is a foul.
If you don't want OTS then at least train those left in the pool and then don't interview anymore.
Hopefully AA will send out an email soon telling poolies to move on or give them training dates.

I am all for them fulfilling their contact agreement but I thought they were flowing MORE than what the contract mandated while they have guys in the pool from October waiting with no words on what to expect for upcoming class dates.
Do you feel 7-9 months of sitting in a pool with a CJO and no words from HR is good on when to expect a class date is good?
