American interviews and class dates
#2864
When I interviewed almost exactly a year ago, all they wanted was the single page Flying History Summary with your hours totals. I thought it was weird and asked numerous times, but that's all they required. Just to be safe, I had my full printout from ARMs, signed and all just in case, but I don't remember them taking it. On day 1, you give them your logbooks/military printout, then they give it back at the end of day 2. No questions were asked. I haven't heard of anyone being asked anything at all about their logbooks.

Question on interview documents - for military guys, does American require and/or want FITREPs/OPRs to review during interview? I have heard Delta does, dunno about United.

No, so don't bother with any of it. Thought it was weird that Delta asks that. Thought that was all FOUO anyway....

Is your indoc only 4 days? How much time between indoc and equipment training? How did they handle the choices in an all-returnee class (in other words is lowest seniority getting latest equip training start)?
