Yesterday there was an email sent from a third party asking for information in order to conduct a background investigation on behalf of AA.

Yes. In this order: first got psych questionnaire, then video interview, asked for SSN & DOB, face-to-face interview, background check. Last will be medical exam.

I hope you're right. They told us 7-10 days. At the time I didn't quibble over the business/calendar day question. Yesterday was two weeks so with the holiday today is 10 business days.
PinnacleFO - I've been trying to not think about it as well but the daily onslaught of "Have you heard anything yet?" from everyone at work and the 20 texts I get a day have not been helping. Hoping for some good news soon.
