There is a class October 21st, supposedly mostly flow throughs and a few new hires.

Do flow throughs get any kind of seniority advantage in a class, or is it determined by age for everyone?

(Wondering about airways side.)

So yes, flow throughs have a significant advantage

Well, yes their generally older ages may give them a class advantage of a few seniority numbers, but overall the younger street pilots in that class will have 5 times the mainline careers of the flows. In 15 years, perhaps 90% of the present pilots will be gone and the flows in their late 40's and 50's will have half the captain compensation of those ten years younger (to say nothing of those 30 or younger) and most will likely never see wide body captain.

Overall, the younger pilots on the present (and future) list will make out like bandits compared to the flows.

Does anyone have a good idea what the meet and greet at the upcoming job fair might be like?
