Where was this announced? Post Dec13, everything should be DOH. Anything else doesn't make sense.

SLI committees and arbitrators understand the difference between the two company's awarding of seniority dates/DOH.
Post Dec 2012 newhires on the AA are almost guaranteed to slot amongst the US newhires by first date on property as an AA pilot and not several weeks later.
