Video interview and SSN/DOB update complete. Pardon my optimism... but for those with recent invites to DFW, were you given any flexibility on dates? I work a 15-days-on schedule, and would (obviously) rather not quit in order to interview. Thanks in advance !!

Only flexibility was chossing the times for day 1/ day 2. I had no date choices...I soppose you could call and ask but you would be highlighting yourself.

Finished the Video and Additional Info last Monday. Does anyone know if this time frame is still accurate? Despite only being a week (of what looks like a 2 week wait), I'm still on pins and needles.

I'm right there with you. I was checking my email every 5 minutes until I got the Additional Info. Exciting times!

Default AA Selection criteria for Interviewees

Please don't shoot the messenger, sincerely hoping it is just a rumor, or someone with a sense of humor and nothing else: apparently, very recently those candidates with Airbus time and experience are the ones given priority to be selected and called to start the interview process. I was really perplex about it, anyone can confirm or dismiss? Any other insights?

Yeah, this rumor is completely false! Common sense "should" prevail here... Just ask yourself, how many buses does AA now have vs Boeing.

Actually the combined company has will have more Airbus then others once retirement schedules occur and delivers happen. Realistically looking when not adding B777/787 or A330/350 into the mix as new hires don't see those....

Pardon me, first time post....
I too completed the video interview and subsequent SSN/DOB update. Reading the forum, it seems somewhat promising for an invite to interview in person. Is that the vibe that everyone else is getting?
