Not only have you motivated me to really reach for the job I've always dreamed of, you've motivated me to start posting and not just lurking on APC!
I recently finished my application for AA and hope to become one of the lucky ones to have my app noticed. I remember the wonderful feeling 4 years ago when I received the job offer from Virgin America and can't wait to someday hear the same from AA.

Is Airways still accepting applications or is it just American? From what I understand, the Airways interview is much more "user friendly."

Does anyone know the typical response time after the video interview or what a person can expect next? Is it anything more than either a phone call for a F2F or a TBNT email?

Then, another email once you've been selected for an interview. That comes anywhere from a few hours later to as much as 4-6 weeks later.

All contact is by email unless there are questions. If you make it to getting the call, I counted 11 emails from the company. Some emails will ask you to provide info on the application site. Comply w/what they need ASAP. Mil folks should be used to "hurry up and wait"
