the waiting is terrible, especially since two people i know who interviewed before me got the "good to go" email/phone exactly two weeks after their interview. Im sure they are backed up because probably the entire pilot hiring department is at WIA...so wont hear nothing till late next week after they have returned and settled in, caught up with emails, meetings, ect..

Hello all, congrats on your offers/classes/interviews, etc! I'm just a prop guy with barely 1K TPIC and probably far from that point, but I had a question on the application ... For the Certifications tab, under Aeronautical Ratings, how many boxes do you have checked for having an ATP? I've checked the first 6 boxes, but I wondered if a couple were really needed since it's commercial rating and ATP written information.
FWIW, I applied when it first opened up, took the assessment and just never heard anything. I don't expect to, but I guess it was alright to not receive a TBNT yet.
Hopefully the question makes sense, thanks for any information.
Congrats again to all of you for earning your spot at American!

Currently down here in training. We were told that after the march 18th class that there will only be one class in April and one in May. School house is a tad backed up on most fleets. Most our class has an average of 3-4 weeks off after Indoc.
They also took a break from interviews this week as well to catch up.
Y'all waiting should hear something soon. No news is normally good news.

Guess that's what happens when you haven't hired people in so long. That "Training" wheel needed a little oil. I'll be patient.
