Except Siegal vehemently denies that the mou did away with the Nic. The mou does not address the east west seniority situation( siegels words not mine). As far as silver all you have to do is read her order on the DJ and try to reconcile that with what she told the west, I don't think anyone can.
Again we agree on Silver. My gut is that she favors you position but is unsure she can do anything to help you. She's trying to get us to consentually do it on our own and if not her hands may be tied.

That's right, it doesn't address east/west, it does away with it. It keeps what each side has until we are all combined.

True. True..Its difficult for cult followers to reason with reality and the dinamics of law and precedence.Even after reality hits them in the a $$ they still choose to follow their programming. Even if it guarantees their eventful demise.. How does one reason with such mentalities? ?

Exactly, she will open a big pandora's box if she orders a do over with east/west/apa instead of just apa/us. Every faction from each airline will then sue to have their own representation at the table. Think empire, rno, twa, pdt etc.

I think she will figure that out and let the legal CBAs do the job they are legally entitled to do. After it's all over, any of us that feel they failed their DFR can sue.
