The MOU serves as a legitimate union purpose for dis carting the nic...
The east/west process is concluded at POR so says the company. Have you temoved the Nic. from the TA? So what is your lup for not using the nic. in SLI with AA? Silver requires you to have one.

That answer was illogical. We already voted the MOU in, there is no reason to dishonor the Nic. going forward. You guys forget a jury found you guilty of dfr before?

By a pocket judge that manipulated the proceedings that led to a BIASED judgement, only to have the 9th DCOA ***** slap him for trying a case that should have NEVER gone to trial..Striken from record..CLEAN SLATE!! Do you forget??

The LUP is the entry of a third pilot group's simultaneous arrival with the MOU, which is prior to JCBA implementation that would otherwise have made the DFR ripe.

Well Silver put a requirement for a LUP for usapa to abandon the Nic, apparently you don't have one since the MOU was seniority neutral east/west and only dealt with usair/aa seniority.

You got it.
there won't be one and we keep what we have until the AA SLI.
Here's the thing, our TA, not the mou, governs our seniority and usapa was never able to modify the requirement for the Nic.

USAPA put out a letter saying that no west pilot should vote for the MOU thinking it would implement the Nic and no east pilot should vote against it because they fear it would implement the Nic.
Exactly, the mou only addressed the us/aa seniority
Had it not been neutral on our mess we would have never gotten a MOU and would have been on the outside looking in, waiting for judicial resolution.
Well usapa smartly decided not to make east/west seniority part of the mou.
We ALL AGREED not to do that, but now you guys want to change the rules.
We want to change the rules? I see you are no less delusional. So we want to change the rules when is usapa who now says the MOU is not seniority neutral, in fact usapa now claims the mou meant doh, go read their filings.
Sounds like what you have been accusing us of all the time.
I told you we will never stop until the east pays for what they have done, whatever it takes.

So Silver says usapa inherited the Nic. but may negotiate it away with managements blessing. Can you tell me when management and usapa are sitting down to hammer out a new list for airways side?

Actually, the TA says it can be modified at anytime with the agreement of the association and the company. We did just that with the MOU, and all but 24 of you guys voted for it.
