There is a clause in the TA that allows the company and the union to amend it at any time. They did. They replace much of what was in it with the MTA, and the process described in the MOU.

I know this gets by you at times but try to keep up will you? LEGITIMATE UNION PURPOSE!!! There is simple no way the courts are going to allow the east to disadvantage an entire pilot group. Now they have give usapa all the rope it needs to hang itself and although dumb they are far from completely stupid. It is for this reason that things have yet to move in usapa's direction. In other words if you were going to get that dream powerball DOH ticket it would have happened already.

Yup, but they didn't touch the requirement for the Nic it's still in there. Please read the TRO complaint, it answers all your questions.
