Don't forget 2 west pilots that are leonidas principals negotiated the mou. Those west pilots will be testifying in court that the mou did not do away with the Nic.

That's the problem I have with this thing. AOL and it's attorneys were all over this thing, yet they are claiming that it is illegal. When I asked my west friend about that, he said you had to have the MOU to make your case ripe, that's why you voted for it, "knowing" that not including the Nicolau award was illegal. I told him that seemed like someone needing a car and heading down to the old car lot. The only cars there have options you don't want and are not willing to pay for. You go ahead and sign the purchase agreement, then after taking the keys saying "Oh yeah, I really don't want the undercoat and paint protection, so I'm not going to pay for it." The time to say that is before you sign the contract.
