Whiskey-On a very personal note, I think you just sound like someone who has snapped. With all of your PMSL ****ing and!!! **** and ALL CAPS and catchy names for USAPA and or East pilots. I hope that this is not who you really are. Couldn't we just be satisfied with letting the courts decide- that is how this is going to end. I keep thinking about something that my daddy often said regarding chit- "The more you stir it, the more it stinks."

Been there done that with the east. They are low life LIARS!!! Here allow me to be more specific. I'm sorry you will just have to forgive me for not believing in that horse crap as honesty is just not a strong suit of the east pilot group! I could care less about stirring the pot and in fact the more attention and light shed on the east and their deceit the more people especially AA people will see just how LOW the east has been. Usapa has failed to represent the west but that is no real revelation as it was never designed to represent the west. Usapa was created with the sole purpose of getting out of an arbitration that the east begged and pleaded for. I see you dont agree with light be shown on the east and their outrageous behavior, roaches never do! They brought this all on themselves and instead of moving on and accepting what they got, they chose the low life method and as a result of that action I will spend the rest of my days informing the masses of just what real low life scum they are.

Just watched the crew news. When asked if the por enacts the nic. Kir by said "NO" authoritatively. But he also said something else you should take note of. Kirby said that at POR there is no more east and west and that technically a west crew would be allowed to fly east metal and vice versa. I'll repeat that, at POR there is no more east/west pilot groups. So what is the company excuse for not implementing the nic? Sounds to me that the west has a ripe hybrid dfr. Judge Wake warned the company that if they helped usapa commit dfr they would have to pay damages to the west.

Sharing equipment was not allowed under the current TA.. At POR the restrictions elapse, along with everything else under THAT agreement. East/west share a common ops. certificate. All ac are on that certificate therefore nothing inhibits the Co. From mixing ac..I bet you a quarter that crews will not be mixed!!

why have the east flight attendants been allowed to bid west? So you are saying the company won't allow the pilots to do the same for what reason? I guarantee you the company will sing a very different tune in front of judge Wake.

I guess we'll have to wait and see won't we...Dont be surprised when your theory is proven WRONG!! The MOU falls short of a JCBA for LCC pilots. As much as YOU would like to believe in the contrary. You will have to wait for the courts to decide..Remember AOL filed the suit not US..
The FAs have a cba. It was jointly ratified...The MOU clearly states its intent and scope... And although some of you (WD) claim that the language might be ILLEGAl, your group did ratify by a large margin..

...By the way, judges do not like their cases remitted for appeal..He will be much more diligent in handing down his mandate.

Do you honestly believe that "more light" is necessary? Do you believe that there are ANY pilots left who do not know the details of this seniority dispute? Do you think that your rants are shedding a positive light on you and the AWA pilots? Do you care what this makes pilots look like? If you truly believe that the East pilots are such scum and their actions so abhorrent- the proverbial "actions speak louder than words" should suffice. If are you just so frustrated that you can't stand it and you actually need a place to vent, I suppose you are succeeding. I assure you, you are not changing the hearts and minds of the AA pilot regarding the Nic.

How do you know what the AA pilots as a whole think and feel unless you yourself are the entire AA pilot group??

Yes I do think it helps as I have many pilots from many different airlines in my jumpseat weekly that have no real clue as the the details of our situation. In politics when people what to shed a negative light on a person or subject they just saturate the airwaves with their message. Now its not my intent to change they way people feel about the arbitration decision as that part is over and done. It is my intent however to show the profession just how some people act when they make a deal then decide to not honor it. I dont care if they dont like and frankly I dont care if you dont like, that's not the point. I dont like red light camera's but you dont see me out there tearing them down either. I accept the fact that they are there like it or not and I act accordingly.
