Crew News indicate Parker and Kirby are not concerned with the nic slowing down the merger approval. If management is concerned about AOL they are acting as if it is not important. Kirby did say that AOL concerns would most likey be voiced to Arbitrator. Kirby made it sound like a fresh start with Mac Bond.

If AOL had a clue, they would demand to have TWO lcc pilot lists submitted for arbitration. But they are betting the house on nic. What they will get is a DOH list submitted by USAPA.

Nope..Your nic is irrelevant to this new merger, and as such, it is shelved..

Is that why they begged the west not to file dfr 2?

Hahahaha if you only knew!! SO all cba's and provisions contained within become null and void huh?? Everything with the exception of section 22 which as you fail to realize or purposely omit was determined in arbitration. Why on earth do you think the court told usappy they would be sued by the disadvantage pilots? Why do you think AOL filed now?? Did it ever dawn on you that they took that into account so file now that way the connection between company and usappy can easily be seen thus $$$$$$$$$$$$ for the disadvantaged.

I for one would much rather you get your way and we sue both because the money is far more tangible for me.

Dream on as that will be SMACKED DOWN by injunction. It is rather comical watching you idiots think you can just "shelve" an arbitration decision that disadvantages an entire pilot group. I am PMSL at you.

Why would they?? They have already acknowledged thru their letter to the NMB what they think. They are worried about being sued and having to pay not about it slowing the merger with AA. Well the DOJ or the BK court could insist that all loose end be tied prior hence the request not to file DFR2.

See the company could end all this today but they wont. Now if the court places that demand on them prior to approving that merger, you watch as they shove that arbitration right up your rears and then dare you to do anything. I feel really bad because you dummies are really playing with fire now and its my hope the court makes that demand.
