For most people there will be harmony one day. When it's all over the majority of people will move on. A few never will, but that is really their loss.

Now, I'll make you a deal. Let's drop the who saved who, who is the dirt bag etc. Fight your legal fight and let's see what happens. That's all that really matters anyway. You and I won't convince anyone on here. Deal?

I will accept the final outcome, will you?

[QUOTE=R57 relay "I will accept the final outcome, will you?"[/QUOTE]

Well now, doesn't that sentiment have a vague ring of familiarity to it? Where might we have heard that before....hmmm.

-The fact is, R57, you and your group have made that statement before, and you lied. Oh, but we should believe you this time because you "pinky promise" or "cross your heart and hope to die, stick a needle in your eye"? LOL.

My, what a bold proclamation of integrity on your part...you will accept the outcome "this time"...LMAO!

No, you will be forced to take the outcome this time.

And we now know, don't we, -that if you "didn't like" and were for some hypothetical reason, not forced to accept the outcome of this arbitration that you...your group...in fact, would not accept it....and so on, ad infinitum and in this case...ad absurdum. It would be like the USeast group playing a single number on roulette, only at their insistence their bet is allowed to "ride" through as many spins of the wheel as it takes until their number comes up...Not a bad way to gamble if you were in Vegas...only...if you insisted on those rules you might find a little more than "passive legal resistance" on the part of "the house"...in the form of a pair of beefy security guards "explaining" how the rules worked as your pathetic, delusional a$$es were kicked out the door....Hopefully a metaphor of what will happen to your group at the hands of a judge with common sense...

Oh, and BTW...nothing personal here, I'm sure you're a great group of individuals. It's just that "collective entity" that has no qualms about integrity...after all, you are not really fighting for yourself in this dishonorable pursuit are you R57? But rather for the good of your fellow Easties...And when your group chooses the path they have, you should realize words like "dishonorable" or "no integrity" or "liars" sort of comes with the territory...

Wiggy,

Your diatribe ignores one little fact that was unique to our situation. Our transition agreement allowed what happened. Your side knew it did. As a matter of fact, a west friend of mine told me that your MEC thought they might have to use that psuedo veto power, and had not problem with until it was used against you. That is eliminated this time and other airlines have learned from our little mess.

You guys rant and rave about the east, but none of you answer my question. How bad of a contract should I accept to give certain west pilots their windfall? It certainly wasn't the Kirby and if the MOU had clear language calling for the Nic I don't think it would have been it either.

I DID accept the Nicolau award, with the constraints of the TA. I disagreed with ALPA pulling out of JNC talks and I disagreed with the formation of USAPA and a DOH list. I thought we should have honored our agreement....to a T, and stayed with the process and not ratified a joint contract until it had either solutions to the Nicolau problem or enough money to make it okay. The majority disagreed and that happens sometimes.

Maybe you're a different kind of westie and will actually answer me. Looking forward to it. Feel free to PM if you don't want to say it publicly. I understand.

Glad I could lighten the day for you. You seemed to be getting a little manic there and I thought I should ease up with the facts. I was ruining your memories of the great an powerful AWA.

Hahahahaa yeah still laughing at that one. You stated a member of the MEC told you about some veto power? Who and what?? Reading some of the things you write sounds so much like a former ALPA capt rep. Not Philly, CLT, DCA or BOS though. Maybe its just me.

That reading thing is troubling you, again. I said a west friend told me, he was not an MEC member. But he is a very devoted Nicolau supporter.

I've never been an ALPA rep or USAPA rep.

Fair enough, I was still laughing when I attempted to read it.
