Agreed, no more votes, but the JCBA does not go back to Feb 8th, just the pay. I believe you got the date wrong to hold you claim. I think it would be the date of the JCBA. But, I'm not paying Marty. Seems he did jump the gun once before though, with very costly consequences. What was that Einstein said?

Managed to find a picture of cactiboss while sitting at his computer thinking about how USAPA prevented the Nic.

Again that is part of the dispute, a judge will have to decide

you may very well be right and Marty acknowledges that possibility, however better safe than sorry so we will file at the earliest time just in case.

Good one lowat, that will be all USAirways pilots after the arbitration. APA has a good track record. Neutrality is a fantasy. Somebody will prime the arbitrator.

I really wonder where you get this stuff sometimes.
Do we get to vote? If APA is our bargaining agent a few months after the POR I don't think we vote. We come under the green book automatically.

Meanwhile, I can't see anyone looking ahead of the boat.
True. Both sides have put a lot of effort into maintaining a split pilot group. That has cost you guys hundreds of thousands of dollars in lost pay and it has cost us furloughs and stagnation. I may have spent a couple of thousand in legal fees but its a lot less than it would be if I had to live under loa93. And date of hire would put me, a captain for 23 years, below guys that would never have dreamed of being a captain on anything.

I took one of the ex PSA guys to CLT out of SAN a couple of weeks ago. He was not a fan of USAPA and was ****ed that after 35 years he was retiring at the lowest widebody pay in the industry. He felt that the Nicolau should have been put on place and we would all have gone on with our lives.

What ever happens, happens. I do not lose any sleep over this. Either AOL succeeds or it does not. Either way I am done with US Airways and USAPA. Looking forward to being American.

I meant if the merger doesn't go through we will have a vote. Done voting on this one.
