So what? It will be your CBA when we enter the process and exchange data.

Again, so what? Separate ops until a JCBA, airline ops by the TA. What is so damned hard for you to grasp about this?

All courts said we have been damaged including the 9th. The reason we can't do anything about is the 9th said we can't "measure" damages until after a cba is ratified.

They do if covered by a contract that requires it as we are.

Damaged if the standard was "what if". What if the Nic is used for the AA merger, were you damaged then?

You have been "damaged" by the economic realities and the language in the TA. It allowed it all. Life's a XXXXX, suck it up.

No you don't, you know that because you say it right here:
What just happened with the MOU? IF the merger goes through, we just VOTED to the process that will definitively give us a JCBA, with all the caveats.
What do we have here? uh oh, did you just vote a new contract in that will go into effect at por? Yep, you won't vote again because you already did.

I really wonder where you get this stuff sometimes.
Reality and truth.

You understand the issue well. if the Nic. is used we are not damaged and have no basis to sue.

True, the east pilots blew up our union and took the whole profession backwards because they could and the 9th let them. I understand the east is very proud of their accomplishments, ces la vie.

Reality and truth.
If the merger falls through will we vote on a JCBA?

No, we voted on a process that will lead to a JCBA sometime AFTER the POR. I've never said we didn't, that we just don't have one now. We know most of what's in it, but not all. And again, if the merger falls through, we are back to square one.

Your reality and truth need some work. I really suggest outside help.

Thank you. So let's see what happens, shall we? I have ALWAYS counted on you guys going back to court if the Nic is put to pasture.

The east made an economic decision and gamble. The same with the west. We have all gambled and spent a lot of money to get in the game.

Meanwhile, I can't see anyone looking ahead of the boat.

Nope, usapa has been indefinitely parked by the NMB.( I wonder why you havent gotten that letter?) I get your point though, a vote would be required for a contract in that case. My opinions are based on merge going thru.

You do have one that is retroactive to feb 8th at POR, hence why we will sue at POR or 6 months from ratification to hold our claim. What is undeniable is you don't get any further votes on the make up of the jcba, your mou vote was it.
