Been enjoying it from the beginning. AFAIC, until Parker and APA make statements confirming anything, USAPA is just whacking off again.

That's what I like about you eagle fly. You never let your emotions prevent you from being transparent.

Cacti, when did you last fly a leg in the 767?
Rest easy knowing that the most junior APA 757 pilot has eight years more LOS.
West pilots could have held 330 Captain on the last bid with DOH, it went to April 1984 DOH.
USAPA has only done one thing right. Delay, Delay, Delay

I never said the APA announced any agreement, but none the less you
you didn't answer my question, right?

Here's another question for you, where is Whiskey Delta? We miss him.
Before the timeline was ever extended the USAPA and APA merger committees agreed to a Merger Protocol Agreement. There was actually a cooling off period after this agreement as discussions had concluded. At the 11th of the Merger Protocol Agreement timeline APA came back to the table with a new agreement that called for USAPA to release language that guaranteed control of it's merger committee.

USAPA's resolution is a legal maneuver, USAPA's BPR just voted in the original merger protocol agreement that APA's merger committee originally agreed to before reneging.

Is there any indication that the APA has agreed to any of these documents?

Negotiating notes substantiate that months ago the APA merger committee agreed to the Merger Protocol Agreement that USAPA's BPR committee approved yesterday.

However, the APA merger committee is not the signing agent for APA.

USAPA's is just posturing for the pending lawsuit, and arbitration.

This is what happens when both APA and USAPA lack integrity—things get dirty.

It's nothing to do with integrity. It just negotiating tactics. Accusations about integrity are just one more tactic among many. All is fair in love and war. There is no war in labor greater than when unions collide over SLI.

Hummel will sign for the APA and then hold up the agreement amid cheers in Charlotte.
