Yep, we're up against better than the helmet wearing America West pilots.

As I stated yesterday, it seems USAPA wants to stay a collective bargaining representative THROUGH the whole merger process when both the MOU THEY agreed to and Silvers ruling doesn't provide for that, does it ?
Once again, it would seem USAPA is reneging on what they agreed to. Previously, you and other Usapians attacked and ridiculed the West for agreeing to the MOU because it was your assertion it nullified the Nic and now the shoe is on the other foot and it is USAPA that is crying about the result of what THEY knew they were signing up for. As APA states, it seems USAPA is flipping its positions to suit their needs and now it is APA that are the bad guys like the West pilots before them ?
Oh well, it seems the bull is gearing up to trash the next china shop because the rest of the world isn't cowtowing to its unreasonable demands and dubious tactics. Personally, I like the delay part, but I have a feeling that USAPA's legendary intransigence will be emasculated with relatively minimal delays. Silvers comments proved the courts are no stranger to USAPA's antics and so is the NMB with their experiences, thus there aren't many china shop operators left that haven't been alienated by the crazy bull and are likely to have little patience for further hoof kicking and snot slinging.

No one believes you are simply an eagle pilot. Drop the charade already. Tell us the truth... you took a recall back to Eagle from USAir West. Honesty is the best policy.

Actually, I'm a captain for Grace L. Ferguson Airline and Storm Door company and just really interested in all this hooey between real airline pilots. According to one of your compadres, I'm also known as a "maggot".

You are not a maggot. You are just a poor advocate of proving your own neutrality that you want everyone to assume belongs to a vanilla Eagle pilot.... and you still haven't come clean.

Most west pilots are great guys/gals. You? You should put the helmet on before leaving the bed.

No, I don't think the APA will be stupid enough to put themselves in the position to be hosed. That would be you guys all on you own.
You have a common refrain that the Nicolau was unfair to the furloughed east guys. I talked with Jeff Freund today about this very thing in discussing how SLIs are affected by the economic analysis of the pre merger companies. Nicolau put the east furloughed guys below Dave O'Dell precisely because US Airways had no future going forward. The only deal on the table was from America West. The only plan B was liquidation. So Nicolau placed those guys below the bottom active America West pilot because they had zero expectation of ever coming back to US Airways. Considering Freund has been in this business for over 30 years and has been involved in the process with all the RLA players I would have to say that this should put your argument to rest.
