Did Freund tell you how R? Weren't you on the MEC? Didn't he tell you the dangers of your line in the sand with the TA?
We abso$%^&*^%lutely lived up to the first-THE TRANSITION AGREEMENT. That, without a doubt, was the first agreement we made. It laid the groundwork for what happened. You guys were too stupid to insist on pay parity from day one. You couldn't think that far ahead. You didn't think that when it came it would come out of your hide on a contract, just that maybe you needed an out if the SLI went bad. You have already admitted that!

The east has made the biggest mess in aviation pilot history that will not be soon forgotten.

Did Jeff tell us what??? I was an MEC committee chair yes but at no time ever do I recall Jeff stating that "Ohh the east is not going to honor this binding arbitration so you had better give them what they want or else".
Let me cut to the chase, Its my hope that APA leaves you hanging and forces this list. Then I hope there is a mother load of a bid that comes out to put people in there rightful places. So where should third listers be? If you believe the east has only one list and we are separate airlines why do I have to pay usapa dues? Quite the mess you scabs created. Eastie scab thinks me getting my 757 captain seat back is bad for me, what horrible scum you beasties are.
