Your questions are ridiculous and frankly I don't need to repeat things that have been discussed ad nauseaum. You don't understand the basics, the requirement for the Nic. Is separate from a aa/ us sli and yes both amr/us managements have signed the mou and you have voted in a document that accepts green book as your new contract at por.

Yawn..zzzz.How many Cacti predictions have materialised in the last 7 years?? A big 0!!!. The man might come through as being "knowledgeable", but in fact he is nothing more than a senior member in the AOL cult.

The MOU is nothing more than a bridge agreement towards a JCBA following the POR. The mere fact that USAPA pilots will be on APA green book, was a requirement stipulated by the APA, in order to restrict the Co. from whipsawing the different pilot groups. The MOU is quite clear on its intent and mission. Anything beyond that is left to the vivid imagination of the AOL members.

Ok Cacti. Humor me. How will AOL prove damages? This is a whole different transaction than the one that produced the nic. The MOU, if implemented, will nullify all previous CBAs and TAs. In essence , a new beginning. The luggage of the past was left at the curb by a unanimous USAPA BPR decision and a 97% west vote. What happens if things dont go the AOL way? You do know what happened to Leonidas and his 300 men...

You lose a lot of credibility on other things you say when you behave this way about your "convicted" statement.
Is it just too painful for you to admit that you screwed up?

Will east and west be under a single jcba before any sli arbitration? The Mou modifies our us/Awa TA (fleet mins) but it does not modify the requirement for the Nic. Again, we will be under a single agreement (last thing needed to trigger Nic.) before we merge seniority lists with apa.

will the westies be able to bid east bases and fly east metal??..I dont think so.. The MOU was structured as a bridge to a JCBA. There are plenty of legal locks to keep our three groups separate until the MB process concludes. The INTENT of the MOU is quite obvious. Your legal crack team is drifting into deeper waters..
