Jeeze, no kidding...an amazing phenomenon on this thread...a literally deafening...crescendoed cacophony of chirping crickets coming from a generally eastward direction....nothing but chirping crickets, croaking frogs...the occasional Nightingale...and furiously scheming, silent turtles...

I had no idea there was such a cadre of jr. East pilots who contemplate a seniority regime for themselves alluded to above...If true, this puts a whole new perspective on this for me...or at least completely destroys the credibility such pilots have in the greater discussion about east/west seniority....I will appeal again to any such jr. East pilots to speak up, and defend or disavow these specific allegations...

are the allegations about purple true? Is he in fact a third lister, who identifies with the east, and buoyed by such seniority bravado as would cause him to see fit that he be merged with the bottom west pilots hired before the merger? I
Moral bankruptcy? Okay, now you are just kidding, right?

It is morally bankrupt to use the contract, the one that each side agreed to, to the letter for our financial interest? Really? Really? Well damn, the entire world is morally bankrupt.

Did you ever answer this question? What lousy contract would you accept in order to deliver another group a windfall? If you(DL I'm guessing) were in our shoes during your merger, how much would you give up(pay rates and contractual goodies) to in order to give the other side the advantage, remembering that your contract didn't require you too?

You constantly ignore the fact that there is a difference in attempting something and succeeding. USAPA failed at replacing the Nic with a DOH list. Period. They tried, I've admitted that and said that I disagreed with that act, but that ignores the other FACTS that you dance around because you don't want to admit that you are wrong. You are being obtuse with your flowing prose.

I have no idea where PT is on the list.

You take a few posts from an anonymous web board to come to the above conclusion. If so, your reasoning skills are not on par with your writing skills. Well, some might enjoy your rambling BS, I can see that you are impressed with yourself.

I fly with quite a few 3rd listers. I have not heard a single one wanting to take advantage of this situation. They accept that they are behind all that came with the US/AW merger. As a matter of fact, USAPA gave those west pilots that came to the east their DOH for bidding, moving them ahead of some east hired pilots. They did that despite an grievance decision that they could have used to keep from doing it. Bet you and brain dead didn't know that, but heck, facts have never stopped you before.

There he goes into the windfall argument but can not produce one shred of evidence to support that claim OTHER THAN to elevate their sorry existence at the expense of west pilots. Wind fall Claim #1 East pilots never furloughed merged in with west pilots hired in 2004. The killing of that claim comes in the form of where that never furloughed east pilot sat on his own separate list?? THER VERY BOTTOM ON RES AS AN F/O!

Wiggy they love to use that but ALWAY leave out the part where the never furloughed guys was a jr re first officer, I wonder why?? The arbitrator saw this and awarded accordingly.

Now you have 2012 hires sitting captain while pilots hired in 2000 are sitting as f/o but according the the all knowing OZ (realy) this is right because of the TA. This is the very same TA that they have successfully avoided honoring mind you.

Relay and purple are both greedy clowns. One is a new hire and the other a jr capt that has that position ONLY DUE TO USAPA'S refusal to honor that award.

Wiggy,

I apologize if you answered this before, but I don't recall it. How much do you know about the Kirby proposal?

I've shown you over and over again. You stick your fingers in your ears and refuse to listen.

You admitted that the TA allowed it and why YOU might want to use it! Amazing.

No I listen and I read. I know that you feel justified in that action and using that as a defense is a joke.

I think You should believe what you want about me.
