Oh damn! Back to LOA 93! Be that has been killing you to not be able to throw that up to us. Well, that retro check you got certainly won't make up for the lousy rates YOU flew at for most of your career. Not until we went on LOA 93, which your contract was the template for, did you make it to our rates. But don't feel bad for me Mike, LOA as a captain was better, much better, than the Kirby and the Nic.

Did you miss where I said that you will probably get your own merger committee? Naw, you wouldn't run your mouth when you don't know what you're talking about. But, even if you get the Nic, which I doubt, you still lost.

You know what amazes me most about you guys running your mouths about LOA 93? That you didn't get that raising us up would have come out of your rears had it not been for this merger! We should have all been on the same pay on day one of our merger. Had we been, you would have had you Nic. Real bunch of brain surgeons over there.

Righteous battle? That's pathetic.

The NIC is the biggest attack on a seniority based system that has ever happened. If any group is fighting a righteous battle, it's the US Air pilot group.

Every pilot group should be pulling for the US Air pilot group to prevail to insure it will never be a labor case standard.

Well, I just can't resist adding my highly anticipated, insightfully humorous, and unbiased comments here from the peanut gallery audience caught up in this debacle...

Could it actually be the case that this purple turtle character was hired after the merger, and now, in an anticipated seniority do-over actually expects to be merged by relative position with west pilots hired before the merger? Could this...actually...be the state of affairs we find ourselves in at this juncture in the festivities?

uh-HA....uh-HA.......uhHAHAHHAHAHAHA...OHHHHHEHEHEHEHE...

(although it's hard to convey in writing...that is the laugh of the truly...truly incredulous...sounding somewhat similar to the caricatured laugh of a sadistic, criminally insane sociopath as he pulls the wings off of a dragonfly)

Often people see their flaws in others. I think that is that case with you. You described yourself beautifully, you just didn't know it.

If you spent half the time researching this issue and reading the documents that you do trying to be witty, you would be much farther ahead. But no, you just remain ignorant.

I have a challenge. Find me one document that says the east was obligated to accept any contract, under the TA. That JCBA was the REQUIREMENT for using any joint SL.

R, please...I will resist repaying you the compliment questioning your reading comprehension....Did I not stipulate on an earlier post all such legal documents as you would care to claim don't exist...in fact don't exist? Yes, I did stipulate that...but appealing to a vacuum of documentary information in no way addresses the abstract, but certainly real formulations of an ethical or moral bankruptcy your group seems to be saddled with....IOW...we are constantly talking apples and oranges here, R.

Now, in an attempt to talk about apples and apples...why don't we talk about turtles?....purple turtles, to be exact...Surely this is not a difficult question....are the allegations about purple true? Is he in fact a third lister, who identifies with the east, and buoyed by such seniority bravado as would cause him to see fit that he be merged with the bottom west pilots hired before the merger? I can only take your lack of timely response as an ashamed affirmation that the above allegations are true....disavow me of that notion, R....please...in the name pilot seniority sanity disavow me of that notion....

Or anticipating you will proceed by the very action you so righteously condemn...stonewalling on a question....Is there anybody out there, east or west who has some knowledge of this subject and care to elaborate? Most cordially invited to comment is, of course, purple himself......anybody....Beuller?

Of course he does because he benefits from it. He is a JR CAPT that would be stuck on res for the future when merged with the only rightful seniority list that exists. He purple and A321 are all JR PILOTS that don't want to have to honor their agreements but I am betting that APA will not get dragged into usapa's ill advised nightmare.
