The lawyers are looking at it. The bottom line is she said we need a completed list to know wether or not it's a dfr. What really hurts is she said we don't get our own representation, now she also says usapa is forbidden from partaking in MB the minute apa takes over. So we believe this just put the company in a very bad position after they asserted usapa would not fairly represent the west. So we will most likely appeal to delay this thing till usapa is gone, then hopefully the apa will give us autonomy.

Its a shame she let Marty and you guys waste so much time and money to find out that she was wrong about it being ripe after all (even though she still claims it was ripe.) Like a very skilled politician she says contradictory things and creates lots of jobs.
