US 9% w/b.
AA 20% w/b.
32 vs. 126. 4 w/b deliveries in the next 3 yrs vs. 33 at AA.
A330 pays the same as the 777 *AFTER* the merger. Before the merger it was 75% of 777 pay(less than AA n/b pay).
More destinations but 2/3's the number of seats. Want to add the Asia or S. America numbers to the discussion? That's what feeds the 126/32, and soon to be 147/36(2016), w/b gap.

What was your WB rate going to be absent a merger? Doesn't really matter, as of today they pay the same.
You like the Nic? Read what he said about orders. As of the 9th all orders change as they are going to the combined airline.
You fly seats or aircraft. We have more routes. Not saying it's even, but hardly the "feeder" as sewerpipe said.

Interesting on how you and your buddy defined a "regional feeder." What region and feeding whom? Do you and your buddy know that US serves more destinations in Europe than AA? Or that about 15% of the east US fleet is made up of widebodies, vs about 20% at AA?(if airfleets is correct). So yeah, AA has a lot more widebodies, but 15% vs 20%? Not like the west's 0%. Did you know that the A330 pays the same as the 777?
Now you made a prediction a while back that some over here think might come true. That is since the west is pulling for separate ratification, they will get it and be completely separate. No credit for the east widebodies and cacti coming in as a first officer.
I do think it will look something like UA/CO, with a larger part of the top of the list going to AA, but doubt it would go like you and your buddy say, even if AA would like it.
Merry Christmas.

We gave the daughter and dumbass SIL a trip to Paris for Christmas so we have the grands. Will be busy with them for a week but I hope to keep up with this soap opera. Just can't wait to get back to the Bahamas on the second!

Son in law is a dumb ass because he left his second year of medical school and went to law school. He is not a bastard so he does not make real money. I guess he is happier.

Your friend earned the accepted nickname of AA. My friend would be the first to tell you that he is certainly an *******. He would look you in the eye and ask why you could not get hired at a first tier airline. He certainly had his share of FOs that ask not to fly with him.
That's a surprise.
That's a surprise.
Bottom line is you guys don't band together you are going to get bent over and take it up your ass. Personally I don't think USA pilots are smart enough to pull together. APA will roll over you.

Why? You know him? I am a bastard and he is not. He left med school for law. He won't ever get into the top 10%. You got to be a bastard for that. That makes him dumbass. My son (his room mate in college and med school) was making 400K as a anesthesiologist after his buy in (three years) in San Antonio. The dumbass would have done better staying in medicine.

If your "dumbass" SIL is really smart, he'd stay as far away from you as humanly possible.

Jesus. I don't think I've read anyone who posts on this forum whose priorities are so far out of whack. Apparently you measure self-worth by the thickness of a wallet. How sad and unfortunate.
