I have stopped trying to reason with you and cacti, that is an impossible task which is fruitless. I actually like short call reserve, but hey, that's me. There is nothing wrong with being in the right seat.

You know what WD? I might stay on reserve even if I can hold a block. We are now getting 100% pay-no-credit for DH, so as a reserve I can probably get more pay for working less than 5 days that you can for an entire block! Love it!

Now in your skewed attempt at this so called reasoning what exactly should I be trying to understand with you? If this understanding comes at the price of the east not honoring their obligations , save your energy as I simply can not hear it.

Yup, the east pilots held to a higher standard than the rest of the business community. Yup. Makes sense...
Not to mention that old arbitration was an INTERNAL ALPA process, which that particular union doesn't represent anyone here any more. Oh and that T/A everyone agreed to. Nullifies something doesn't it? What does that particular line say?

Is this supposed to be your justification for your actions? "This was a internal ALPA function so we don't have to honor it" OMG you east boys are way past funny and into a whole new category of delirium. Yeah son you run with that theory and lets see what it gets ya in the end. Remember the duty usapa had to disclose and remember that you learned it right here first. Dont go hitching your wagons to that argument either. Man your rear must hurt like hell with all the bite marks from be bitten in the a$$. Seems you missed the part where the company has the west class in the meetings but I understand because your handlers from usapa packed up their marbles and went home refusing to play. Funny the game went on in their absence, imagine that.

I gotta ask, this whole disclose act you guys have come up with. I'm really trying to remember where within the law it was required that somebody disclose every nuance of contract to the opposing party.
Granted many 6 packs ago, I think I remember something along the lines of the range of reasonableness that a normal man would understand.
But yet, as educated adults you claim that the union must come out and specifically explain in minute detail every little section of the the MOU/contract that your looking at.
I'm really trying to figure out where in the NMB or RLA or whatever other gov't agency that says that your hand must be held to be explained on something that your voting on.
I'm stupid. Please show me where the duty of the unioin is to explicitly explain the contract or MOU up for vote. Where is that written in Federal or case law?
