The 9th decided there is no justiciable issue until negotiations are complete. Silver is a hack.
The mou is complete numb nuts, no more sli negotiations with company, no more contingencies.

Just like usapa misinterpret the company DJ dismissal, no surprise here.

If the union's duty to negotiate is over, then what is the point of the company negotiating with Silver to give the West Independent Reps in order to do more negotiating? And why do you still have an anger problem?

My friend, you are the one that takes every filing and reads it as an obvious win. You did so with the last DJ, with disastrous results.

I've told you that I call it like I see, but I'm not an attorney. I've told you that I have no idea how Judge Silver will rule, but you are convinced that you do. We'll see.

Are usapa and the company negotiating east/west seniority? Will they ever? Nope. Ripe.

What disasterous results? Silver reversed herself and said the 9th constrained her from making a ruling, so she ruled what the 9th ruled effectevilly dismissing the company's DJ.

She never reversed herself where it matters, in her ruling. You take words and sentences and wrap them to what you want to hear and come to conclusions on what "must" happen.

BTW Cacti, didn't you get the memo? Your captain WD told you to stop engaging us.

Will the union negotiate? Yes. Oh, contingencies remain.

Will USAPA breach its duty to fairly represent the West in the future negotiations for SLI. Maybe, maybe not. Oh, contingencies remain.

Is Jude Silver clairvoyant? Maybe, maybe not. Is she allowed to make rulings based on her assumed clairvoyance regarding the future? No.

BS, she said she would "end" it when she went into deliberations, then 2 years later she said she couldn't.
