The vast majority of AA pilots know very little about the AWA/US debacle and Nic award, other than it's a Class A mess and don't want any part of the blood feud.

US Airways pilots need to get this settled once and for all, done and over with, BEFORE any serious talks on a SLI commence. The APA does not want, nor should they have to, inherit that legal and emotional baggage.

I as an AA pilot, as well as all the AA pilots I know, are going to have very little patience listening to whinging, sob stories, and general BS associated with a AWA/US never-ending fight.

Yet you voluntarily go to a thread that you know is just that.

It's working it way through court. The MOU covers it, but the west isn't happy with what they voted in. We'll see what happens, but count on an appeal from the losing party. There's not much else to do to speed it up.

Was the AA/TW a bit of a sob story by some? Seems that merger produced some federal legislation.

Happy Thanksgiving to all of us at the new AAL.
As it should be. Thanks, Happy Thanksgiving to you too.

The response that I get most often is just what you have said here today. THANK YOU FOR HELPING TO DISPEL YET ANOTHER EAST LIE.

I'm going to raise the BS flag here on your semantics.

It is commonly known is that APA pilots do not support NIC, but they also don't support DOH.

Not unlike East and West, APA has their own separate agenda to pursue what APA views as fair and equitable for their association.

There is no reason for APA to participate right now in any SLI talks—less is more for them at the moment.

Word.

Cacti and WD.

When you have a judicial decision that finally can not be overturned. Why don't you guys simply Shut UP. If you finally win in court and the 9th up holds the lower courts ruling. Then feel free to come here and lambast how bad the east. is. Until that point. You have no more bearing than the wall I'm looking at. It is that simple. Silver has ranted and gone different directions within her court room. BUT when the final writing is done, her one ruling seemed to follow the law.

So until she rules. Why don't you guys cool it. That way your scab calling and what not will have greater effect if you win.

Chill for the weekend Huh? Everyone knows your stance....

Happy Thanksgiving, Hopefully it was a good one.....

And I find it hard to believe, with talking to all the AA pilots commuting to MIA....that they don't have a preference either way. Just saying.

Any day now sunshine.

An impartial arbitrator’s decision regarding an
appropriate method of seniority integration is powerful evidence of a fair result. Discarding
the Nicolau Award places USAPA on dangerous ground
