So, the east walked out an almost complete contract, is that the wests fault, equally? Is it the wests fault "equally" usapa threw out 2 years of completed negotiations and started from the beginning?
I think it as a cause and affect, and that assigning "blame" or "fault" can be a attempt to psychologically make sense of what people may perceive to be a negative outcome when in fact nothing has changed. It is mind numbing how little has changed at US Airways since USAPA. Seniroity lists, contracts and pay remain untouched.

Imaterial, but while we're off the subject... Have you seen how much of it's own money ALPA wastes?

Many describe the Delta Pilot Association as a union with a legitimate union purpose.
Is it the wests fault "equally" the east refuses to this day to honor an arbitration they voluntarily agreed to live by (in writing btw)?
The Nicolai arbitration becomes effective as soon as East and West have a JCBA, but there are dissenting opinions as to whether the arbitration become effective if East, West and AA sign a JCBA. To date, APA has not publicly commented on this issue.
So is the west "equally" responsible for these things that happened?
If you believe in cause and effect than it may be reasonable that ill-will, manipulation and outright deceit on both sides culminated into todays debacle.
But each group has separate ops and the status quo remains as no JCBA is in effect.

The west lived up to it's agreements, correct? The agreement was for final and binding arbitration to arrive at a single list. There is only one party that didn't live up to that agreement, correct? So R57, you believe that the party that lived up to the agreement is "equally" to blame as the party that violated that agreement for a "final and binding" resolution?
Its time to move on. We all voted in a new TA.

You are correct about your stagnation, what you leave out is that it was perfectly legal under the TA, you were warned by ALPA of the risk of you actions(lack of) and that if the situation were reversed the west pilots would have used the same tactic.

See this is what I am talking about and why you need to S.T.F.U.. Again you are as wrong as two left feet. You were not a rep you were not a committee chair so you have no idea or original thoughts, only those that were given to you. This is the main reason why the Philly council was places in trustee.

Right, two guys out of the entire MEC. The reason I have my POV is because I had words with my reps about pulling out of JNC talks. They supported it, I didn't. One of them never joined USAPA and one only did last year so you can't lay that on USAPA.

Again I told you shut up I dont not add name calling now did I? I take things just as you give them and like i said you were getting fed info and bad info at that. I WAS THERE you were not PERIOD! There is not twisting anything, you can not or refuse to be honest with even yourself. I know what they both did Relay again I WAS THERE!!! I saw first hand. I know what they fed Bradford and his clan I know how they have operated behind the usapa scenes. So there is no twisting that.
