You know what's funny cacti? You support the company on every issue over LOA 93, one of the most poorly written and implemented contracts ever, but you vote for a MOU that amends the TA and then file a lawsuit saying you were duped. Amazing.

I was duped. The Mou is clear in it's wording that it is "neutral", now usapa says it gives away the Nic. Funny, the Mou was very clear that the east gave away COC, crystal clear, yet on the Nic. what your scumbag lawyer tols the west was "neutral" has now become a Nic. "killer".

You voted for the MOU for a purpose that it wasn't designed for-ripeness. There are two ways that you can claim that you were duped:
1) You can't read
2) You were duped by your AOL pilot lawyers

Let me assure you, if you were working under LOA 93, I would never support the company NOR any pilot group who wanted to keep you working at bankruptcy wages. For the record, I agree with relay that the pension issue should not have cost the west pilots a dime.
