Think about it. Where will this end up?

You guys have a history of reading too much into things like this.

So yes, I believe that APA, if it can find a way, may exploit every opportunity to avoid seeing the Nicolai award implemented. APA strikes me as a particularly strong union more than capable of back door dealings.

There is no official APA position on Nicolai because this is a cloak and dagger subject. USAPA's president even claims not to have any working knowledge on the situation. We do know that APA has ignored AOL's attempts to solicit Nicolai support from APA. I think this fact is very telling.

How is it neutral if it puts the Nic. aside? No west pilot would have voted for it then. Of course usapa lied and after we voted decided that "neutral" meant does away with the Nic.

USAPA told you clearly. All you had to do is read it for yourself and not listen to all the webboard lawyers. Of course you would have voted for it no matter what was written, you voted for it to make it ripe-no other reason. Heck, why else would you give up all the goodies in your contract except for the hope of your windfall?

I've really missed this.

You are not one of the voices in his head or from the AWAPPA board. You must be ignored.

Really? Can you quote any of the above sources where they say the Nicolau award should be used in the proposed merger with AA?

The question was did the mou do away with the Nic? Everyone I mention says no it didn't, do you question that? Can you quote anyone that says the mou did away with the Nic.?

P.s. How come your union president doesn't know anything according to his deposition? Was being a liar a requirement to get hired back east?

P.s.s. Crimi, a clt rep, claimed he didn't know who (east/west) held the majority in the union or bpr. Again, being a liar a requirement back there?
