So I guess the answer to my question is because it didn't call for the Nic to be used? You didn't answer. If so, why did you vote yes for it?

So you voted for the MOU for a purpose other than it was intended, knowing it doesn't include the Nic, then after it passes you sue because it didn't include the Nic. There's that west integrity we've heard so much about.

I still don't get why this upsets you so. The only liars here is the east and their union. Aren't you the ones claiming the MOU did away with the Nic even though it was suppose to be "neutral"? I think everyone except the delusional get what is going on.

"....no West pilot should vote for the MOU because they believe the
MOU will implement the Nicolau Award.” Love USAPA.

THE COURT: Now, in the context of what we have, and
I've asked you this before -- before this that this situation
that we have now here with Department of Justice, what remedy,
what remedy would I issue for your clients after the trial was
over?
MR. HARPER: We --
THE COURT: And I know what you asked for the last
time, and I think I may not have persuaded you that I -- that I
couldn't do that, but you heard what I said about it, and I
don't think I can force the Nicolau Award on -- on whatever
bodies are -- or whatever parties, stakeholders there are in
this case. But so independent of that, what would be the remedy
that you would be asking for and that I could enforce as a
matter of law?

During the vote on the MOU, USAPA repeatedly assured all of its members that the vote would have no bearing on adoption of the Nicolau Award

You got nothing to worry about then.
