I think all this means is, the original complaint in front of Silver only lists like 9 names. This way, whatever happens in the trial in front of Silver, will apply to all of the west class, not just the 9 mentioned. I.E. only one group of lawyers needed to represent the west pilots as a group in the PHX suit.

As far as scumbaggery, there is plenty on both sides with this document. Both sides are tying to trick f it. But, if you read the actual MOU the language is clear as day. The seniority listS in use will remain and not be changed expect with the merger with APA under a MB type scenario. The fact that an AOL insider helped write the MOU, your lawyers had time to read it, they all encouraged you to vote for it, THEN claimed that it was illegal is prime scumbag material.
Read the motion about class status very carefully. I will tell you something-this is a change for USAPA's legal team. I don't know why, but it is a change.

This latest AOL "win" is really somewhat inconsequential and may not change the fact that the MOU is a completely new agreement that simultaneously incorporates a third APA pilot group.
It may be reasonable for a complete reassessment of the SLI between East and West that incorporates the APA pilot group. —I think this argument will be USAPAs final stand. So much of their recent arguments have been delay tactics.
You, East and West pilots did this to yourselves.

I haven't read all the motions. I will agree with Judge Silver that if USAPA said the vote somehow says the west doesn't want the Nic, that's not true. You want it, you always will. But if you read what you highlighted above, you will see that USAPA told me not vote against it because I feared the Nic would be implemented, and for you not to vote for it thinking that it would be implemented. Pretty clear to me.

What do you honestly expect? Courtrooms are not a place where anyone plays nice or exercises consideration. Manipulating and representing reality in a self-serving manor is literally the rule of law! Did you read the baloney West and East negotiators spewed to Nicolai in mediation? You East and West pilots are no better on this forum.

The west pilots did absolutely nothing. Wher do you fools come up with the bs the west is responsible? Btw what judge silver did yesterday is shut down usapa's idea that the mou did away with the Nic. That was the important ruling, so important that r57 refuses to believe it.
Silver ruled on some motions, that's it. She has issued a ruling yet. I've seen you guys grab hold of some nugget and think you have won, only to be disappointed. We have to get her ruling and then I predict we will go through the appeals process. A long way to go.
I'll give you some advice, not that you will take it. Calling people beasties might make you feel better, but it doesn't make you case any stronger. Instead of saying I'm repressing things, counter my points with facts. And then go find out what repression really means.
