The east hiring proves the viability of the east's operation.
Because the east's viable and competitive operation needs more pilots
Because the west's non-viable and non-competitive operation is shrinking and needs fewer pilots.
The Nic's implementation wouldn't have changed the non-viable operations of Phoenix and Las Vegas. It would just have limited the pain to mostly east pilots.

A lot of other pilots that don't have a dog in the fight have chimed in. Not one of them ever answered my question about what they would do in my shoes either. I don't like that many of them are uninformed and run their mouths, but it's not my board or my place to tell them to run along. I counter them with facts, something you are unable to do.
The DAL pilot on my jumpseat called your group "the worst bunch of scumbags in the industry." I swear, and I took up for you.
If anyone were to even believe that, the question begs asking why???

So the two east pilots in front and behind me is my imagination? Lol. I know you guys being called "crazy", "deceitful", "liars", etc makes you very proud. Why don't you tell the forum how your dirt bag union ended its relationship with Seeham? Btw Seeham got the 9th to issue a "bad" ruling so he did have some value, delay.
1. At the time of the merger, AWA was coming off its most profitable year ever. But the 10-K for that year shows AWA lost over 80 million dollars. Your response...radio silence.
2. George Nicolau stated that USAirways had only days before liquidation. But I've googled that and can't find any reference to him saying that. R57 Relay also questioned you and asked for the reference. Your response...radio silence.
People are wary of those who make things up. If you do that in court, you're going to get thumped badly.

Cacti , read very slowly. YOU ARE WRONG. You are one of those people that hears something and if it fits what you want to hear, you take it as gospel. You ignore the facts of the world around you.
I ignore the 2 of 3 east upgrades because it is not true. After the east got the top 517 and then Nic stapled the former furloughed, the rest of us are pretty much slotted 1 for 1.25. You show me how that could ever equate to the east getting 2 out of 3 upgrades.
I haven't read the UAL/CAL transcripts, but if what a west friend told me yesterday is true then what is being said is at best a stretch, most likely an outright lie because someone is being forced to eat his words.

Just another outsider here that has been following this for some time but when is the next time someone with an opinion that "actually counts' i.e. Judge Silver will be hearing from both sides?
Not that all the back and forth isn't entertaining and helps me kill time on the road but being as how this issue will not be solved in this forum I was wondering when the next court date was?
