USAPA is the legal CBA of all US Airways pilots. If you get special rights to separate representation then I want my own. Fair? Maybe all 15,000 of us should sit down together. What do you think?

Hmmm are you on a separate list? Every west pilot is on a separate list that usapa will be presenting. Usapa will be presenting those lists as doh, are they not?

I am on the east list, you are on the west list. We both are represented by the same CBA, so why would you get different representation than me?

I've been through 3 mergers and I have yet to have the CBA represent me in the way I would do it myself. I have no doubt that USAPA will do it differently than I would, but those are the breaks. We have them to represent us and we have a voice, but not an individual seat.

For 5 years now the west has been screaming that there is no entity to represent you but USAPA and now you want to change?

If they present a DOH list that is not the way I would have done it. It's not the way you would have done it. Why should you get special representation and not me?

Well because you didnt cry like a baby and hold up a valid arbitration decision in the shuttle case. The truth of the matter is you couldn't. Usapa wishes to pretend that the arbitration never existed thus getting a do over with their rules at our expense. Not gonna happen, at least not for free.

Now the courts have given you the rope to hang yourselves by telling you that you are free to negotiate what ever you so desire but the west will sue and the court will NOT be giving out passes. See I dont care about usapa I would much rather sue the company in this regard because they have the deep pockets. I want management to accept 3 list because it the fastest way to prove that they and usapa worked together to bring significant harm to the west pilots and that my friend equals $$$$$.

Now all this other mess you come up with about the award is AFTER THE FACT. Unless you can prove some sort of fraud on the part of the arbitrator that award will stick. Now you have had your little 6yr fence at our expense but that widow to is closing. There are several AWA pilots that want damages but making a damages claim today is not an option. That standard can be met once you get the company and APA to buy off on your garbage. Me thinks they be too smart for that and leave you on your own in that regard.

Hmm you forget the past five years? There is plenty of precedence that usapa does not represent west interests. The west is simply following the courts rules, for some reason Siegel says we can do a 3 way, if the judge agrees then the west should represent itself. The west firmly believes the Nicolau is the only list and that the east west TA is complete with the mou.
